Maci began her career supporting startups and small businesses, developing a strong foundation in customer service, sales and operations (aka: she knows what it takes to keep things moving on all sides). With a proactive mindset and a problem-solver’s brain, she quickly became the person who improved existing processes, implemented new systems and created solutions that support growth.
After seeing how chaotic and unsustainable things could get behind the scenes, she launched her own virtual support business in 2022 with a clear goal: to help entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses in a more sustainable way. As her clients leaned on her for more strategic guidance, she naturally stepped into a leadership role owning the operational direction of the business and helping CEOs build the structure they needed to grow with intention.
Today, Maci partners with founders and CEOs as a Strategic Operations Partner supporting everything from strategy and systems to implementation and team management. Her work is about creating space for leadership and building businesses with the structure to grow with direction, confidence and a business that feels as good as it runs.
Inside the Operator Mindset
Most CEOs start with hustle, heart and a hell of a lot of tabs open.
But eventually, the lack of structure catches up and scaling starts to feel messy.
I do what I do because too many online businesses are trying to grow without a foundation.
Corporate has the systems. Online has the energy. I bring the best of both to make operational support accessible to CEOs who are ready to lead with more intention and less mental load.
Every business runs differently. I step in as the operator who builds what’s missing or refines what’s not working.
