She began her career supporting startups and small businesses, developing a strong foundation in client delivery and operations. Her proactive approach and problem-solving mindset led her to improve existing processes, develop new systems and create solutions that supported real growth.

Seeing the stress and disorganization many founders faced inspired her to start her own virtual support business in 2022 with a clear goal: to help entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses more sustainably. As her clients needed more strategic guidance, she naturally stepped into a leadership role bringing high-level operations to businesses before they thought they were ready for it.
